Venue

The conference will be held on the University of Bristol campus:

It is a modern, bright, and spacious building located at the heart of the University. With its large modern theatre plus several seminar rooms, a cinema room, networking and social space, this venue is ideal for a wide range of conferences and meetings. The large foyer and gallery provide the perfect venue for exhibitors, poster displays and refreshments.

Situated at the heart of campus, the complex is well served by buses and a local train station that can be used to access Bristol’s primary train station, Bristol Temple Meads. Additionally, Bristol Airport, which has flights connecting travellers to diverse European destinations, is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

Located in Clifton, the University of Bristol campus is a stone’s throw away from key attractions such as the Bristol Harbour, M-Shed, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, Cabot Tower, which is situated in the beautiful landscape of Brandon Hill, Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Downs and numerous restaurants and bars that can be found along Whiteladies Road, Queens Road and Park Street.

Wi-fi is available throughout the conference venue.

The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday 17th June 2025.

Accommodation

While no accommodation is available at the conference venue, there are numerous hotel, bed and breakfast and hostel options with wide ranging prices in close proximity to the University of Bristol. Registered participants will receive a list of recommended hotels to consider ahead of their attendance at the conference.
